Holiday Connections has voluntarily
adopted The National Privacy Principles established by the
Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988.
Holiday Connections provides a range of
business and management services either directly or through our
subsidiaries and affiliates.

purposes of job specification and recruitment criteria

Candidate and other sources in connection with recruitment
applications and work permits
· Candidate information including date
of birth; current and previous addresses, telephone/mobile numbers;
email addresses, driver's licence; passport and identity card
details; work permits; residency permits; police clearances
· Work performance information; general
background and reference check information
· Information about incidents in the workplace
· Information in relation to absences from work
due to leave, illness or other causes
· Information obtained to assist in managing
client and business relationships
We primarily hold personal information for the

purposes for which it is primarily held or for a related secondary

This may include disclosure of your information
to other clients, or Employers or Candidates, as applicable, (in the
case of recruitment projects) with your consent.
We may disclose your information where we are
under a legal duty to do so, including circumstances where we are
under a lawful duty of care to disclose information.
Holiday Connections will use its best
efforts to ensure that any information provided to us by a user of
this site is stored in a secure environment and accessed only by
authorised persons, however, Holiday Connections makes no
warranties to that effect.
We contract out a number of services from time
to time. Our contractors and affiliates may see some of your
information in the course of our business relationship.
Holiday Connections takes all
reasonable precautions to ensure that the information we collect,
use and disclose, is accurate, complete and up-to-date. However, the
accuracy of that information depends to a large extent on the
information you provide. Please let us know if there are any errors
in your information and keep us up-to-date with any changes as they
occur.

Subject to exceptions that are set out in the
National Privacy Principles, you can gain access to the personal
information that we hold about you.
We do refuse access if it would interfere with
the privacy rights of other persons or if it breaches any
confidentiality that attaches to that information.
If you wish to obtain access to your personal
information you will be required to verify your identity.
We may charge a fee for searching for and providing access to you your information.
